Fax, post or email your order. To email it, please follow these instructions. First, select this email link to open a new message. Make sure it is a rich text message; in Outlook Express, check by selecting the Format menu. Go back to the completed form, and select it using a mouse (not the "select all" command). Press Ctrl-C, go to the email message and press Ctrl-V. Ensure that your details are visible. Don't worry if formatting is messy.
A registration key will be sent by email. Please allow several working days. If no email address is provided, it will be faxed or posted. The registration key must be entered into the CFT Scorer to confirm purchase.
